Your order is accepted only once Salt Certified has confirmed it. We must receive and process your payment before your order can be accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Salt Certified may be unable to accommodate a cancellation request once an order has been accepted. If we choose not to accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at checkout.
You may return or exchange purchases only in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that all purchases are intended for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
Article 4 – Pricing and Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Unless expressly stated otherwise, listed prices exclude taxes, shipping fees, handling fees, customs duties, and import charges.

Article 5 – Shipping and Delivery
We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery. All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.
Once we hand over the products to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you.

The names, logos, product names, service names, design elements, and slogans of Shopify are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product names, service names, design elements, and slogans appearing in the Services are trademarks of their respective owners.

You may be provided access to tools offered by third parties as part of the Services. We do not monitor, control, or influence these tools.

Salt Certified uses Shopify to power our store and to provide the Services. However, all sales and purchases made through our store are handled directly between you and Salt Certified. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any sales-related matters between you and Salt Certified, including any injury, damage, or loss arising from products or services you purchase.
You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise from or relate to your purchases from and transactions with Salt Certified.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE, REPRESENT, OR WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SALT CERTIFIED, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS—AS WELL AS SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES—SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, DATA LOSS, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.
THIS APPLIES TO ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY OTHER CLAIM RELATED IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN CONTENT, OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY CONTENT (OR PRODUCT) POSTED, TRANSMITTED, OR MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
ARTICLE 17 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Salt Certified, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers from any costs related to losses, damages, liabilities, or claims — including reasonable attorneys’ fees — owed to a third party arising from or relating to: (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or any referenced documents; (2) your violation of any law or third-party rights; or (3) your access to or use of the Services.
We will notify you in the event of any claim that may trigger indemnification; however, failure to provide timely notice does not relieve you of your indemnification obligations unless you are materially prejudiced by such delay. We may assume the defense and settlement of any such claim at your expense, including hiring counsel, but we will not settle any claim requiring you to undertake non-monetary obligations without your consent (which you may not unreasonably withhold). You must cooperate with us in defending any claim subject to indemnification, including providing relevant documentation.

You and Salt Certified consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the applicable courts.
