What is the estimated delivery time?
As result of the custom made pieces, processing times can be slighty longer than for mass production. Orders are typically shipped within 5 business days of placing your order. We believe it’s worth the wait.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–5 days.

How do I track my order? 
Once the parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information to track your order. Please also check your spam folder as the shipping confirmation could be there.  

My parcel has been damaged. What should I do?
If the package being delivered is obviously damaged on the outside, you should refuse the delivery and contact us via support@saltcertified.com  Please check the item(s) for quality and accuracy. If goods are damaged, please contact us immediately providing your order number and pictures of the damage.
